You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or submit false verification details.

FIFO Career provides a structured, multi-level training program with daily tasks, rewards, and progression. Rewards and progression rules are part of the program and may be adjusted over time. Completing the program does not guarantee employment.

Some levels require an unlock fee funded from your wallet. Deposits are reviewed and confirmed before being credited. Amounts shown in the app are the amounts required to unlock the relevant level. Do not deposit funds you are not willing to commit to the program.

Don't misuse the platform, attempt to bypass verification or payment, or upload content you don't have the rights to. We may remove content or accounts that violate these terms.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, FIFO Career is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
