Account details you provide (name, email, phone, location, work history, skills and preferences), identity-verification documents, certifications you upload, your activity in the training program, and basic usage and device information.

To create and manage your account, match you to roles, run the training program, process wallet deposits and level unlocks, send service emails (verification codes, application and deposit updates, reminders), and improve the platform.

We share data only with the providers that run the service — including our database and authentication host and our email provider — solely to operate FIFO Career. We do not sell your personal information.

Passwords are stored hashed and verification codes are short-lived. We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

You can update your profile and notification preferences in the app, and request access to or deletion of your data by emailing admin@fifocareerjob.com.
